1. Method of delivery
Services and deliverables are provided electronically. Delivery may take place through email, secure links, website preview URLs, downloadable files, cloud folders, transfer of website files, or publication to an agreed hosting environment.
2. Delivery timeline
Each project has a different scope. Estimated delivery dates or project phases will be stated in the quotation, proposal or project correspondence. Timelines generally begin after the required deposit or first payment is received and the client has supplied the necessary content, access and instructions.
3. Delays caused by missing client material
If required text, images, approvals, account access or feedback are delayed, the delivery schedule may be extended. JM Forge Web Studio will communicate material changes to expected timing where reasonably possible.
4. Revisions and approval
Drafts may be provided for review before final delivery. Included revisions depend on the agreed project scope. Final delivery or launch normally occurs after the client approves the work and any due final balance has been paid.
5. Domains, hosting and third-party services
Domain registration, hosting, paid plugins, external software and similar third-party products are separate services unless specifically included in writing. Delivery of those components may depend on the relevant third-party provider.
6. Delivery confirmation
A project may be treated as delivered when JM Forge Web Studio sends the agreed files or access, publishes the approved website, transfers the agreed website assets, or otherwise completes the deliverables described in the project agreement.
7. No shipping fees
There are no physical shipping or courier charges for JM Forge Web Studio's digital services. Any third-party platform, hosting, domain or software fees will be disclosed separately where applicable.
8. Support after delivery
Any included post-launch support period will be described in the project proposal. Ongoing maintenance or additional changes after the included support period may require a separate quotation.
